Description
Air Liquide manufactures Nitrous Oxide pure gas with up to 99.9999% purity, as well as ALPHAGAZ™ 1 brand with 99.5% purity. Nitrous oxide is used in a variety of applications, including chemical vapor deposition in semiconductor manufacturing, flame gas (AAS, FID and more) and leak detection.
ALPHAGAZ 1 Nitrous Oxide is packaged in compressed gas cylinders that are equipped with open caps and SMARTOP™ valves. Nitrous Oxide in balances of air and/or nitrogen at various concentrations are used as span gas calibration mixtures for engine emissions testing in the automotive industry and are Part 86 compliant.
