29/07/2025 - 10:00 AM • 3 mins

We have received reports of a ‘phishing’ scam impersonating Air Liquide UK Limited.
If you receive an email claiming to be from our organisation that seems to be suspicious, it may be a phishing email.
The phishing scam impersonating Air Liquide UK Limited is requesting companies to send quotations for goods. This is followed by a fake purchase order so that your goods are delivered to an unsecure location. The scam may also involve being contacted via telephone in the first instance, possibly from the fake telephone number 0121 409 1437.
The Air Liquide website is our official site.
The phishing scam email currently circulating uses the Air Liquide logo, so may look genuine at first glance. However, the phishing scam email domain being used is "@uk-airliquide.com". Please do not reply to any emails ending with @uk-airliquide.com, such as sue.flynn@uk-airliquide.com, info@uk-airliquide.com or accounts@uk-airliquide.com. These are NOT associated with our organisation.
If you receive this scam email
- Do not click on any links in the scam email
- Do not reply to the email or contact the senders in any way
- Do not open any attachments that arrive with the email
- Report the scam email to the National Cyber Security Centre by forwarding it to report@phishing.gov.uk
- Delete the phishing scam email
If you have already delivered goods following receipt of a fraudulent purchase order, we recommend you contact the police immediately and report the incident to Action Fraud .
