Description
Propylene, the byproduct of both gasoline and ethylene production, is used in a variety of applications. Air Liquide manufactures pure propylene with purities up to 99.98% gas to be used in the manufacture of many products including chemicals and plastics. Propylene is also available as a component in many gas mixtures. For example, in the environmental industry, propylene is used as a component in TO 15/17 Method certified mixtures like 62-component, Subset 25 and EPA PAMs. In the Oil and Gas sector, propylene is used in ASTM blends and hydrocarbon gas mixtures.
Lastly, when you require smaller amounts, propylene is available in nonreturnable Mini-Mix™ Transportable cylinders for laboratory and industry hygiene and safety applications.
