Applications:
•Food grade gases for modified atmosphere packaging, beverages, other food processing and applications
•CO2 gas is used for beverage processes: carbonation for sparkling beverages, deoxygenation, pressure transfer, purging, inerting, container pressurization and bottling
•CO2 limits the growth of bacteria, slow down the mold development in modified gas packaging and during storage like silos, drums, bottles
•CO2 gas brings a longer shelf life on medium dry products: pastry, dough, biscuits, chicken, cheese blocks, prawns, lean fish… and more
